The Space

There are ocean views—and then there is Sunset Cliffs.

Perched along one of San Diego’s most spectacular stretches of coastline, this incredible oceanfront retreat puts the Pacific front and center. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the water and fill the home with natural light, creating a setting that feels special from the moment you arrive.

Designed for gathering, the property includes a spacious four-bedroom main house and a separate guest house, with sleeping accommodations for up to 17 guests. It’s an ideal setup for extended families, multiple families traveling together or groups of friends, giving everyone room to spread out while still enjoying the experience together.

Inside the main house, open living spaces make it easy to gather. Multiple lounge areas give everyone room to settle in, whether you're sharing drinks with the ocean as your backdrop, enjoying a game of pool or finding a quiet corner to relax after a day exploring San Diego.

The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for preparing meals for the group, while the open layout keeps everyone connected. Gather around the table for dinner, fire up the BBQ outside or take your meal upstairs and dine with the Pacific in view.

The main house comfortably sleeps eight guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds in a trundle setup.

The separate guest house creates another private retreat within the property and accommodates up to nine guests. It features a queen bedroom, a queen pull-out sofa in the great room and two additional bunk rooms—one with bunk beds and another with a twin-over-full bunk. With its own living space and kitchenette, it's especially convenient for larger or multi-generational groups who appreciate having a little extra space and privacy.

But the real magic of this home happens when you step outside.

Soak in the private hot tub while looking out over the Pacific, gather around the outdoor fire pit as the evening cools, or fire up the BBQ and enjoy an easy afternoon at home.

Upstairs, the rooftop deck gives you another incredible place to experience the coastline. Enjoy morning coffee with an ocean breeze, share dinner outside or pour a glass of wine and settle in as the sky begins to change.

From the home, you're perfectly positioned to experience the coastline and nearby Sunset Cliffs Natural Park. Start the morning with a walk along the cliffs, spend the day exploring the coast, or head into nearby Ocean Beach for coffee, restaurants, local shops and its laid-back beach-town atmosphere.

Point Loma, Liberty Station, Mission Beach and many of San Diego's favorite attractions are also within easy reach. Downtown San Diego and the airport are just a short drive away, giving you the feeling of a true coastal escape without being far from everything the city has to offer.

But with views like these, you may find that your favorite place in San Diego is right at home.

• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.
• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.
• As part of our standard verification process, we do require that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
-For the safety and security of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance and back gate. Cameras monitor exterior areas only and do not record any interior spaces.
-The property is also equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
-A noise-monitoring device is installed to help maintain appropriate neighborhood noise levels. The device monitors decibel levels only and does not record conversations or audio.

Getting Around

A car is convenient for exploring San Diego, with Ocean Beach, Point Loma, Liberty Station, Mission Beach, downtown and other popular destinations all within easy reach.

Sunset Cliffs itself is wonderful to explore on foot, especially for morning walks and sunset strolls along the coastline. Nearby Ocean Beach offers restaurants, coffee shops, bars, boutiques and beach-town favorites just a short drive from the home.
