The four-bedroom main house and separate casita each offer their own kitchen, living space and private outdoor areas with BBQs, fire pits and room to relax. Spend your days at nearby La Jolla Shores, then come home to dine outside, gather around the fire or spread out between both homes. A unique setup that gives everyone space while keeping the whole group together.

The Space

Welcome to your La Jolla Shores compound, a unique setup featuring two separate homes on one property, a spacious four-bedroom main house and a private casita, giving your group plenty of room to gather together while still having separate spaces to spread out and relax.

Together, the two homes accommodate up to 14 guests and offer five sleeping areas, three full bathrooms, two kitchens, two living spaces and, best of all, separate private outdoor areas for each home. It’s an ideal setup for extended families, multiple families traveling together or groups who want to stay close while still enjoying a little extra privacy.

The four-bedroom main house is comfortable, welcoming and designed for spending time together. The living and dining areas offer plenty of space to gather, while the fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy. Pull up a seat at the kitchen counter for breakfast, gather around the indoor dining table, or take dinner outside and enjoy San Diego’s beautiful weather.

The main house backyard is completely fenced and set up for outdoor living, with a large dining table, BBQ, comfortable seating and umbrellas for shade. In the evening, turn on the string lights and gather around the fire pit. Patio heaters help keep things cozy on cooler coastal nights, while cornhole and oversized Jenga add a little fun for the group.

Inside the main house, three bedrooms feature king beds and the fourth has a queen bed. Each bedroom has a Smart TV, and two bedrooms offer direct access to the backyard. A queen sleeper sofa in the living and dining area provides additional sleeping space.

The main house has two full bathrooms with walk-in showers. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom, while the second bathroom is accessible from the hallway.

Just steps away, the casita provides an entirely separate retreat within the property. Its bright, open layout includes a queen bed, comfortable living area with a sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen and private washer and dryer.

The casita also has its own dedicated outdoor spaces, completely separate from the main house backyard. Large doors open to a private patio with outdoor dining, a BBQ and a spacious sectional surrounding a fire pit. String lights create a beautiful atmosphere in the evenings. A second private patio just off the sleeping area features chaise lounges surrounded by greenery and peekaboo ocean views, a peaceful spot for morning coffee or some quiet time away from the rest of the group.

Having two homes and two outdoor spaces gives this property something special. Everyone can vacation together without feeling like they have to be together every minute. Adults can enjoy dinner and the fire pit at the main house while others relax at the casita, or part of the group can enjoy a quiet morning while everyone else gets ready for a day at the beach.

And when it’s time to head out, La Jolla Shores and some of San Diego’s best beaches, restaurants, shops and coastal attractions are just minutes away.

For beach days, the main house includes beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, boogie board, sand toys, wagon and coolers. Both homes also have their own washer and dryer, making longer stays and beach days especially convenient.

The compound includes dedicated parking, including one driveway parking space for the casita.

Neighborhood

La Jolla Shores is one of those special San Diego neighborhoods that makes it easy to settle into vacation mode. Beautiful La Jolla Shores Beach is just minutes away, with a wide stretch of sand perfect for swimming, surfing, paddleboarding, long walks along the water or simply spending the day in the sunshine.
The neighborhood is also home to charming cafés, restaurants and local shops, while La Jolla Village, La Jolla Cove and the area's famous coastline are just a short drive away. Spend your mornings by the ocean, afternoons exploring La Jolla and evenings back home around the fire pit.
With the beach so close and some of San Diego's most beautiful coastal scenery all around you, this is an ideal home base for experiencing the best of La Jolla.

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.
- Smoking and events/parties are prohibited.
- Pets allowed for a fee - $150 per pet, max of 2 pets.
- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

Getting Around

With La Jolla Shores Beach, neighborhood restaurants and local favorites nearby, it's easy to enjoy much of the area without going far.
When you're ready to explore more of San Diego, La Jolla Village, La Jolla Cove, Torrey Pines, Pacific Beach and Mission Beach are all within easy reach by car.
The driveway provides designated parking for up to two vehicles. Please note that the garage is not available for guest parking, and street parking may be restricted one day per week for street sweeping.
