The main house has a spacious single-story layout, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths for ample accommodation. Step inside to discover an inviting open-concept design, where the kitchen, dining, and family room converge under vaulted ceilings bathed in natural light. Stainless steel appliances, ample storage, and a large kitchen island with barstool seating for 4 ensure every culinary endeavor is a delight. The adjacent round dining table is complete with seating for up to 8 guests. From the spacious living area, 26 ft custom La Cantina doors open up to the magical backyard. The expansive deck features an ambient fireplace and fire pit that beckons for cozy evenings under the stars. Enjoy alfresco dining for 6-7 people and whip up a feast on the built-in BBQ. A 42 ft long swimming pool with waterfall feature and baja ledge, along with a jacuzzi, is surrounded by the natural beauty of the large, open grass area. At the end of the day, retreat to the primary bedroom with its en-suite bathroom, complete with large soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and two separate vanities. A favorite beach for surfing in Encinitas, Swami's was immortalized in the song "Surfin' USA" by the Beach Boys. Take in a few waves if you can wait long enough to get your turn or watch the top-notch surfing from the small park at the top of the bluff.
Named for the midnight picnics local residents used to have in the early 1900s, Moonlight State Beach is a wide and flat family beach with volleyball, tennis courts, recreational equipment rentals and a snack bar. A rarity at most beaches these days, Moonlight Beach features fire rings, for post-sunset bonfires and barbecues.

Forty percent of the birds in North America pass by the San Elijo Lagoon on their annual migrations. Featuring an array of "green" amenities, the eco-friendly San Elijo Lagoon Nature Center offers free admission and guided nature walks on the first and last Saturdays of each month at 10:00 AM. The interactive exhibits focus on the ecosystem, environment and history of lagoons, and the building's "green" components.
The Self-Realization Fellowship is a serene locale featuring meditation gardens, koi ponds and views overlooking Swami's beach. Its name comes from the Golden Lotus Temple high above it.

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

1. General House Rules
• Treat the Home with Care: Please treat the property as you would your own. Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and similar products. Violation will result in immediate eviction, loss of the security deposit, and a $500 cleaning fee.
• No Unauthorized Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior written permission and a $150 pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and additional charges.
• Noise and Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors. Excessive noise complaints may result in early termination without a refund.
• No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.
• No Commercial Use: Commercial film or photography requires prior written approval.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In: From 4 PM. Early check-in may be available with prior approval.
• Check-Out: By 10 AM. Late check-outs without approval will result in a fee of $100/hour or 50% of the daily rate, whichever is greater.
3. Occupancy and Parking
• Maximum Occupancy: As specified in your booking. Exceeding the limit may result in eviction and a $200 fee per additional person, per day.
• Parking: Limited to designated areas. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.
4. Cleaning and Maintenance
• Standard Cleaning: The home will be cleaned before your arrival. Guests must maintain general cleanliness and use designated trash bins.
• Excessive Cleaning Fees: Additional fees may apply for deep cleaning (e.g., pet feces, excessive sand, furniture stained, excessive pet hair).
• Hot Tub and Pool Use: Keep sand and debris out of the hot tub. Misuse will incur a $300 cleaning fee.
5. Damages and Security Deposit
• Report any damage immediately. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your credit card.
• Lost keys or access devices will result in a replacement fee.
6. Safety and Liability
• Guest Safety: Use facilities such as pools and trampolines at your own risk. The property owner is not liable for personal injury or loss.
• Emergency Contact: For emergencies, dial 911. For urgent property-related issues, contact our 24-hour support line.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation: No refunds for cancellations within 60 days of arrival. Refunds for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
• Unavailability: If the property is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
8. Additional Rules
• Trash Management: Dispose of trash properly in designated bins. Excessive trash removal may result in additional fees.
• Approved Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate eviction.
9. Final Agreement
By booking and staying at the property, you agree to these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, eviction, and forfeiture of any security deposit.
