The primary suite features a comfortable king bed and a private en-suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and shower, creating a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing, work, or enjoying the city. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a dedicated desk, making it ideal for remote work, business travelers, or additional guests. A second full bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

Guests also enjoy access to the building's impressive resort-style amenities, including a pool, spa, steam room, sauna, cardio room, weight room, resident lounge spaces, and outdoor seating areas perfect for relaxing, reading, or remote work.

- Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the property.
- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs a lease agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
