The Space

Welcome to your home away from home at Palermo, ideally located on the edge of Little Italy in Downtown San Diego.

At approximately 845 square feet, this residence offers an exceptionally spacious one-bedroom layout, giving you plenty of room to comfortably settle in for a month or longer.

Floor-to-ceiling windows bring abundant natural light into the open living and dining areas. The kitchen features granite countertops, generous counter and storage space, and an eat-at bar that’s perfect for casual meals or morning coffee.

The spacious bedroom includes a walk-in closet, providing plenty of storage for longer stays. You’ll also have the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, so there’s no need for shared laundry.

One secured parking space is included, an especially valuable convenience in Downtown San Diego.

Palermo offers a wonderful collection of amenities for your stay, including a pool and spa, fitness center, BBQ area, outdoor lounge, community room and billiards room.

Whether you're relocating to San Diego, here for an extended work assignment, between homes, or simply spending a few months enjoying the city, this residence offers the space and conveniences to make a longer stay feel like home.

Neighborhood

Enjoy the best of urban San Diego living with Little Italy just outside your door. The neighborhood is known for its incredible restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, boutiques, wine bars and lively atmosphere.

Spend Saturday morning exploring the famous Little Italy Farmers Market, meet friends for dinner, grab coffee and walk toward the waterfront, or simply enjoy having so much of Downtown within easy reach.

The location also provides convenient access to the San Diego waterfront, Downtown, Gaslamp Quarter, Balboa Park and San Diego International Airport, making it an excellent home base for an extended stay.

- No smoking, pets or parties permitted.
- Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the property.
- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs a lease agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
- Gym/Shared Amenities are on the 2nd floor . Cameras in common spaces like lobbies, elevators, garage, and amenity rooms.
- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking..
-The home includes one secured parking space, in-unit washer and dryer, a spacious walk-in closet, full kitchen and access to Palermo’s community amenities, making it particularly well suited for guests staying a month or longer.
-Because this is a residential condominium community, we ask guests to be respectful of neighbors and follow all building rules during their stay.

Getting Around

This central location makes it easy to enjoy San Diego with or without a car. Little Italy’s restaurants, cafés, shops and waterfront are easily accessible, while Downtown, the Gaslamp Quarter and Balboa Park are just a short drive away. The nearby trolley provides convenient access to other parts of San Diego, and the airport is only a few minutes away. One secured parking space is included for guests who prefer to drive.
