The living room and dining area face toward La Jolla Shores, filling the space with natural light and a relaxed beachside feel. The kitchen is well-equipped and seamlessly connected, making it easy to gather, cook, and spend time together after a day at the beach.

Across the courtyard, a detached private suite offers its own retreat, complete with a king bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet, and TV - ideal for guests seeking additional privacy or a quiet space to unwind.

The outdoor areas are a true highlight of the home. As you enter, you’re welcomed by a spacious courtyard featuring a large dining table and BBQ - perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends after a full day at the beach. A separate outdoor lounge area invites you to relax under the San Diego sky, whether you're starting your morning with coffee or ending the day with a glass of wine.

- Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 guests. This limit is strictly enforced,
and no additional visitors are permitted without prior approval.
- No smoking permitted.
- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement
and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
- Please be mindful that our backyard has been noted to carry sound, potentially impacting neighboring
properties. We encourage guests to enjoy outdoor spaces responsibly, minimizing noise levels, particularly
during quiet hours 9pm-8am.
- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
