The Space

Inside, the living room invites relaxation with a comfy couch, a flat-screen TV, and sliding doors that lead to a quaint front patio with seating for two. The adjacent dining area features a table for four, perfect for shared meals or game nights. A light-filled, modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed, dedicated workspace and a flat-screen TV, while bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, desk and chair, Flat screen Smart Tv, ensuring comfort and productivity for all guests. A bonus queen pull-out couch in the living room accommodates two additional sleepers. One bathroom features a convenient combo shower/tub and the other has a sleek shower. Additional perks include mini split systems for heat, A/C, and dehumidifier in the living room and all bedrooms, quiet high-speed internet, in-unit laundry, and a designated carport parking spot. Surrounded by serene greenery, koi ponds, and sparkling lakes, the community offers an array of amenities, including a tennis court, pool, spa, BBQ area, and clubhouse. Whether you're here to unwind, explore, or work remotely, this condo is the perfect home base for your San Diego adventure.

Situated in between Carmel Valley and Del Mar is One Paseo. One Paseo is San Diego's destination for the most highly curated mix of restaurants, shopping and wellness. Relax and stroll the beautiful urban village. It is a stone’s throw from the 5, and just north of the 56, in the Carmel Valley neighborhood. There’s plenty of self-parking, plus an abundance of charging stations to keep those EVs humming. Additionally, enjoy a prime location near the University of California San Diego (UCSD), making campus visits and events effortlessly accessible.

Other Things To Note

- Parking: 1 carport space available for guests in front of the condo. Plenty of additional guest parking outside unit.
- Please note: EV charging stations are located on-site, but tenant is fully responsible for any electric vehicle bills.
- Pets ok with prior approval and fee of $150 per pet.
- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.
- Baby bathtub, kids toys, and pool/beach towels available for guests.
- Smoking and events/parties are prohibited.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00pm - 9:00am. No excessive noise.
- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

House Rules

1. General House Rules
• Treat the Home with Care: Please treat the property as you would your own. Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and similar products. Violation will result in immediate eviction, loss of the security deposit, and a $500 cleaning fee.
• No Unauthorized Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior written permission and a $150 pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and additional charges.
• Noise and Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors. Excessive noise complaints may result in early termination without a refund.
• No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.
• No Commercial Use: Commercial film or photography requires prior written approval.

2. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In: From 4 PM. Early check-in may be available with prior approval.
• Check-Out: By 10 AM. Late check-outs without approval will result in a fee of $100/hour or 50% of the daily rate, whichever is greater.

3. Occupancy and Parking
• Maximum Occupancy: As specified in your booking. Exceeding the limit may result in eviction and a $200 fee per additional person, per day.
• Parking: Limited to designated areas. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance
• Standard Cleaning: The home will be cleaned before your arrival. Guests must maintain general cleanliness and use designated trash bins.
• Excessive Cleaning Fees: Additional fees may apply for deep cleaning (e.g., pet feces, excessive sand, furniture stained, excessive pet hair).
• Hot Tub and Pool Use: Keep sand and debris out of the hot tub. Misuse will incur a $300 cleaning fee.

5. Damages and Security Deposit
• Report any damage immediately. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your credit card.
• Lost keys or access devices will result in a replacement fee.

6. Safety and Liability
• Guest Safety: Use facilities such as pools and trampolines at your own risk. The property owner is not liable for personal injury or loss.
• Emergency Contact: For emergencies, dial 911. For urgent property-related issues, contact our 24-hour support line.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation: No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. Refunds for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival are subject to a 4% processing fee.
• Unavailability: If the property is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

8. Additional Rules
• Trash Management: Dispose of trash properly in designated bins. Excessive trash removal may result in additional fees.
• Approved Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate eviction.

9. Final Agreement
By booking and staying at the property, you agree to these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, eviction, and forfeiture of any security deposit.
