Other Things To Note

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
- The family dogs are welcome for a small fee. Please provide age, breed an size prior to booking. Pet fee will be applied.
- The pool can be heated for an added fee .
- 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of $150 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
- 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.
- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

House Rules

To ensure a pleasant and secure stay, we ask all guests to review and comply with the following rules. By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by these policies.

1. General House Rules
• Treat the Home with Care: Please treat the property as you would your own. Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and similar products. Violation will result in immediate eviction, loss of the security deposit, and a $500 cleaning fee.
• No Unauthorized Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior written permission and a $150 pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and additional charges.
• Noise and Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors. Excessive noise complaints may result in early termination without a refund.
• No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.
• No Commercial Use: Commercial film or photography requires prior written approval.

2. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In: From 4 PM. Early check-in may be available with prior approval.
• Check-Out: By 10 AM. Late check-outs without approval will result in a fee of $100/hour or 50% of the daily rate, whichever is greater.

3. Occupancy and Parking
• Maximum Occupancy: As specified in your booking. Exceeding the limit may result in eviction and a $200 fee per additional person, per day.
• Parking: Limited to designated areas. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance
• Standard Cleaning: The home will be cleaned before your arrival. Guests must maintain general cleanliness and use designated trash bins.
• Excessive Cleaning Fees: Additional fees may apply for deep cleaning (e.g., pet feces, excessive sand, furniture stained, excessive pet hair).
• Hot Tub and Pool Use: Keep sand and debris out of the hot tub. Misuse will incur a $300 cleaning fee.

5. Damages and Security Deposit
• Report any damage immediately. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your credit card.
• Lost keys or access devices will result in a replacement fee.

6. Safety and Liability
• Guest Safety: Use facilities such as pools and trampolines at your own risk. The property owner is not liable for personal injury or loss.
• Emergency Contact: For emergencies, dial 911. For urgent property-related issues, contact our 24-hour support line.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation: No refunds for cancellations within 60 days of arrival. Refunds for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
• Unavailability: If the property is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

8. Additional Rules
• Trash Management: Dispose of trash properly in designated bins. Excessive trash removal may result in additional fees.
• Approved Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate eviction.

9. Final Agreement
By booking and staying at the property, you agree to these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, eviction, and forfeiture of any security deposit.

"We enjoyed a week at this home over Thanksgiving. It was great having so many restaurants and activities within 20 minutes, keeping us busy each day. The pool and hot tub are the best part, and the outdoor spaces in general. Interior is a little dated and water pressure wasn't great, but these were the only minor imperfections. Would stay again.

"We had a lovely time staying at this beautiful home. Allesandro ( guest relations) met us at the home and gave us a tour showing us how everything works. He is extremely friendly and was helpful throughout our entire stay. Was very easy to communicate and it was a pleasure dealing with host. Beautiful home, inviting clean pool and hot tub that was heated just right surrounded by gorgeous and magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean. A real wow view. Would rent again and recommend to friends and anyone seeking a beautiful hassle free and friendly experience.

"We had a wonderful stay for our son's 30th birthday. Beautiful views, quiet area, and easy parking. The host Alessandro was very responsive and accommodating. When we needed another blender (for some recipe) it was delivered quickly. The rooms and beds were nice and clean without smelling laundry detergents. Mattresses were firm, and the blinds were remotely controlled (some). Very convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean. We all loved the firepit area with its comfy furniture. And no mosquitos!! The pool and jacuzzi was great. the pool was 72 during May 19-22, so no heating needed. Yes, we will be back.

"The house and it's views are wonderful! The host was incredibly responsive and friendly. The house has your basic amenities, including pool and beach towels. I was traveling with my father, who loves to watch the local and national news, however, all TVs require you to log in to your own streaming account. Because YouTube TV allows you to stream in your home zip code, we were unable to watch live TV (It was actually nice not having CNN on all day but disclosing this feature in this review as an FYI for future renters in case it may important to you). I recommend this rental for a memorable stay in La Jolla with fantastic views and quick access to La Jolla, Pacific Beach which are just down the hill.

"This rental was absolutely outstanding! The ocean view was breathtaking, and we spent countless hours enjoying the firepit, swimming pool, and hot tub. Our kids had an absolute blast in the pool, which even had a basketball hoop and a bunch of inflatables! The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. They went above and beyond by giving us an extra day of heated pool access, which was a real treat. Communication with the hosts was fantastic. They even sent pictures of the place before our check-in to ensure everything was spotless, which put our minds at ease. Plus, they responded to all our questions within seconds, which was incredibly helpful. There were just a couple of minor things to note. One of the bathroom sinks was sealed shut, but the host offered to fix it during our stay. We opted out since we weren't using that particular bedroom. Also, the provided bathroom amenities were a bit on the small size, and the kitchen was missing a few basic items like cooking oil and sugar. Overall, these minor details did not detract from our amazing stay. This rental had everything we needed for a perfect getaway, and the hosts' attentiveness made it even better. Highly recommend!

You can clearly see all the way to San Diego on one side and up the coast, past La Jolla on the other side. The stay was perfect for 6 individuals with their own bedrooms and bathrooms. "Everything from the communication in the weeks leading to the stay to the personal walkthrough of the home and follow through from the management team was terrific. "Beautiful setting and house. Very clean. Alessandro was readily accessible and was able to respond to our questions. "Great stay at a fantastic location. The communication was clear and responsive from the initial booking and all the way through the stay until checkout. "Our stay in La Jolla was nothing short of amazing. My family and I enjoyed the beautiful backyard and the spacious living quarters. Alessandro went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and at home for the week! The only improvement we would recommend is by providing more towels and simple toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, etc. We cant wait to return back!

"We were in California doing the baseball park tour and stayed when we were going to Petco. It was absolutely beautiful. The location in La Jolla was perfect with an amazing view of the ocean and close to everything we wanted to do. I cant say enough about the hosts. They were flexible, responsive and friendly.
