This coastal studio bungalow is just half a block from famous Law Street Beach, offering a delightful retreat for your stay, plus easy access to the boardwalk, pier, shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife of Pacific Beach!

The Space

Inside, you'll find a comfy queen bed, a flatscreen TV for entertainment, and a versatile dining and/or desk space, making it ideal for meals or catching up on work. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster for convenience, plus there is air conditioning, washer/dryer (shared), and WiFi so that your stay will be both comfortable and connected. The bathroom is clean and quaint, featuring a refreshing shower.

Please note this is one of 4 units onsite. The laundry is shared between all units.
• 3 night minimum stay.
• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
• Pets allowed with a pet fee of $150 per pet.
• Parking: Free parking onsite for one vehicle. Street parking also available. No garage access.
• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.
• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Cancellation: No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. Refunds for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival are subject to a 4% processing fee.
• Unavailability: If the property is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

"Our oldest son and daughter-in-law stayed here while visiting for the holidays (we didn't have enough bedrooms to hold everyone. Great space - clean, well furnished, good size, good mattress. Location was easily walkable to the water and all of North PB. Would definitely stay again.

"Was concerned about price, but was worth it! Easy walk everywhere: beach, food, shops. Host was responsive and even gave us a welcome of French pastries which was so kind and delicious! Will stay here again!
