Whether you are getting away from the paparazzi or just getting away from it all, you’ll appreciate the gorgeous contemporary interiors, sun-kissed outdoor spaces, sweeping ocean views, and its premiere location within the Bird Rock Village of La Jolla. It's minutes to The Gaslamp District in downtown San Diego, Very Popular Little Italy, Sea World, Seaport Village and Historic Old Town.

Thanks to southern California’s near-constant sunshine, you can enjoy the villa’s outdoor heated pool, multiple lounge areas, and heated hot tub - all year around.
A street-legal, 4 passenger golf cart is included during your stay for a fun ride to beautiful Tourmaline Beach whenever the day calls for beach play and relaxation. The beach can also be accessed, during low tide, by walking a few minutes north, to the beach access stairway near the corner of Chelsea Street and Sea Ridge Drive.
Commercial quality WI-FI, Cable TV with Roku, is provided for FREE during your stay.

The thoughtfully appointed interior of this ocean inspired 8-bedroom, 7.5 bath 9,100 square foot 4-story home is show-stopping in its own right without distracting from the stunning ocean views through floor to ceiling windows - enjoy the in-home elevator, 2 living rooms, 12-seat dining room, 6-seat dining nook, and the 2 fully stocked kitchens (one on the upper level and the 2nd on the middle floor near the swimming pool area for beer, wine, and snacks) with Viking Professional appliances.

There are 2 master king bedrooms, each with ocean views, a large flat screen TV, and en-suite baths and one with a fireplace. There is a 3rd king bedroom with a seating nook and en-suite bath.

There are also two queen bedrooms – one with an en-suite bath and a second on the first level with a separate bath with a walk-in shower.

The 6th & 8th bedrooms have a separate entrance, and will be perfect for grown kids/teenagers, or the nanny or Grandma and Grandpa to get away from the noise! It will sleep 4 with a queen bed and pull-out sofa. The 7th bedroom is a full-size gym and has a Murphy bed and a full bathroom – perfect for the teenagers in the group.

The 8th bedroom has new, bunk beds with memory-foam mattresses, sliding-door access to the swimming pool & hot tub and private patio.

This beautiful home comfortably sleeps 18 people.

There is a full, in-home laundry room with washer and dryer for your use and garage parking for 3 cars, driveway parking, and ample street parking in front.

A few minutes’ drive is all that separates it from La Jolla Village, but Bird Rock is a micro-neighborhood unto itself. An easily walkable four-block stretch of La Jolla Boulevard, it has a feel all its own, even boasting one of the most exclusive cups of Java around. By day, discerning coffee drinkers, pastry lovers, and surfers flock to Bird Rock. By noon and night, restaurants and wine bars fill up with gourmands. At any time, take a quick side trip over to the beach, or up to one of San Diego’s dreamiest lookout points.
