Inside, the main level opens into a generous, sunlit space designed for both connection and comfort. To the right, the living room feels airy and expansive, anchored by a plush sectional and soft textures that invite you to settle in. Natural light filters through the windows, creating a calming atmosphere perfect for quiet mornings, afternoon lounging, or evenings shared with family and friends. The dining area sits at the center of the home, with seating for eight and a natural flow into the kitchen, allowing meals and conversation to unfold effortlessly.

To the left, the kitchen is both elegant and functional, featuring a large island, ample cabinetry, and brand-new appliances. Clean lines and thoughtful finishes bring a sense of ease and refinement, while generous counter space makes it just as practical for preparing meals as it is for entertaining. A powder room is located nearby, along with direct access to the two-car garage.

Upstairs, three tranquil bedrooms offer a private and restful escape. • 2-night minimum stay • No Smoking • Guests ages 25+ unless family groups • Parking: garage access and street parking available for guests • Pets may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150 • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

House Rules

House rules:
1. General House Rules
• Treat the Home with Care: Please treat the property as you would your own. Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and similar products. Violation will result in immediate eviction, loss of the security deposit, and a $500 cleaning fee.
• No Unauthorized Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior written permission and a $150 pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and additional charges.
• Noise and Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors. Excessive noise complaints may result in early termination without a refund.
• No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.
• No Commercial Use: Commercial film or photography requires prior written approval.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In: From 4 PM. Early check-in may be available with prior approval.
• Check-Out: By 10 AM. Late check-outs without approval will result in a fee of $100/hour or 50% of the daily rate, whichever is greater.
3. Occupancy and Parking
• Maximum Occupancy: As specified in your booking. Exceeding the limit may result in eviction and a $200 fee per additional person, per day.
• Parking: Limited to designated areas. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.
4. Cleaning and Maintenance
• Standard Cleaning: The home will be cleaned before your arrival. Guests must maintain general cleanliness and use designated trash bins.
• Excessive Cleaning Fees: Additional fees may apply for deep cleaning (e.g., pet feces, excessive sand, furniture stained, excessive pet hair).
• Hot Tub and Pool Use: Keep sand and debris out of the hot tub. Misuse will incur a $300 cleaning fee.
5. Damages and Security Deposit
• Report any damage immediately. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your credit card.
• Lost keys or access devices will result in a replacement fee.
6. Safety and Liability
• Guest Safety: Use facilities such as pools and trampolines at your own risk. The property owner is not liable for personal injury or loss.
• Emergency Contact: For emergencies, dial 911. For urgent property-related issues, contact our 24-hour support line.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation: No refunds for cancellations within 60 days of arrival. Refunds for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
• Unavailability: If the property is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
8. Additional Rules
• Trash Management: Dispose of trash properly in designated bins. Excessive trash removal may result in additional fees.
• Approved Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate eviction.
9. Final Agreement
By booking and staying at the property, you agree to these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, eviction, and forfeiture of any security deposit.
