This is the perfect location in Ocean Beach, we are right on the beach and 2 blocks to all the restaurants, bars and shopping as well as the pier. This unit has a nice front yard with a BBQ and a view of the ocean and pier. Relax and watch the sunset over the pier, the waves crash on the beach and the pelicans fly by. This is a fully upgraded 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with it's own yard. Nice open floor plan has a fireplace, wall mounted tv, breakfast bar. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and is well stocked to easily make meals. King bedroom has it's own bath with tub. Queen sized bed in 2nd bedroom and a full size pull out sofa in the living room.
The unit has A/C but leave the windows open for the fresh salt air breeze and listen to the waves crash.

The beach is swim and surf friendly, play in the sand or take a walk under the pier for some great tide pools. The concrete pier is a fantastic walk with beautiful views up the coast. It is the longest concrete pier on the west coast. You can have a meal at the restaurant, try your hand at fishing (rentals available on the pier) or watch the fisherman and surfers below.

Fun Things to do in OB!
1.Check out the TIDEPOOLS, there are great tide pools under the pier at low tide. If you want a little more adventure tide pooling walk along the seawall and under the pier, follow the path past the white fence to the stairs that lead to the cliffs. Walk along the cliffs, check out the tide pools, the views and end up at a beach that can only be accessed from the cliffs.
2.Drive along SUNSET CLIFFS NATURAL PARK go to Sunset Cliffs Blvd and go south (right) drive along the cliffs and park at any of the parking lots, stroll along the path or drive to the end of the road (stay right at the fork in the road). Park at the end of the street to walk down a staircase that leads to great tidepools, views and a beach only accessed by the cliffs! Worth the walk down the stairs!
3.Have a BONFIRE ON THE BEACH grab some firewood from the market, grocery store or gas station and head to the one of the fire pits on the beach. Great way to relax and watch the sunset, roast some hotdogs and make some s’mores!
4.Try a SURF LESSON there are lots of great places to surf in San Diego, learn how right on this beach! 5.WALK OUT ON THE PIER enjoy the views, watch the fishermen, the surfers and the birds fly by. Or try fishing! There is a café with good food and great views. This is the west coasts longest concrete pier and just celebrated 50 years!
6.On Wednesday’s check out the FARMERS MARKET local farmers, restaurants, bakeries, musicians and more!
7.RENT A BIKE and cruise around.
8.SHOP ALONG NEWPORT AVE. there are lots of unique shops along Newport Ave.
9.Take a drive to CABRILLO NATIONAL PARK beautiful drive on top of Ocean Beach/Point Loma to the end of the peninsula. Stunning views of the San Diego Harbor, Downtown, the Ocean, Coronado and even Mexico! As you drive out to the park, you will see Fort Roserans National Cemetery. Check out the Original Lighthouse, the museum and even drive down to the tide pools.
10. Head over to Point Loma and check out LIBERTY STATION they have museums, restaurants, a movie theater, the Public Market lots of events, a waterfront park. You can find Stone Brewery there too.

12. SPORT FISHING head over the Point Loma for fun ½ day or full day of sport fishing!

1. General House Rules
• Treat the Home with Care: Please treat the property as you would your own. Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and similar products. Violation will result in immediate eviction, loss of the security deposit, and a $500 cleaning fee.
• No Unauthorized Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior written permission and a $150 pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and additional charges.
• Noise and Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors. Excessive noise complaints may result in early termination without a refund.
• No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.
• No Commercial Use: Commercial film or photography requires prior written approval.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In: From 4 PM. Early check-in may be available with prior approval.
• Check-Out: By 10 AM. Late check-outs without approval will result in a fee of $100/hour or 50% of the daily rate, whichever is greater.
3. Occupancy and Parking
• Maximum Occupancy: As specified in your booking. Exceeding the limit may result in eviction and a $200 fee per additional person, per day.
• Parking: Limited to designated areas. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.
4. Cleaning and Maintenance
• Standard Cleaning: The home will be cleaned before your arrival. Guests must maintain general cleanliness and use designated trash bins.
• Excessive Cleaning Fees: Additional fees may apply for deep cleaning (e.g., pet feces, excessive sand, furniture stained, excessive pet hair).
• Hot Tub and Pool Use: Keep sand and debris out of the hot tub. Misuse will incur a $300 cleaning fee.
5. Damages and Security Deposit
• Report any damage immediately. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your credit card.
• Lost keys or access devices will result in a replacement fee.
6. Safety and Liability
• Guest Safety: Use facilities such as pools and trampolines at your own risk. The property owner is not liable for personal injury or loss.
• Emergency Contact: For emergencies, dial 911. For urgent property-related issues, contact our 24-hour support line.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation: No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. Refunds for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival are subject to a 4% processing fee.
• Unavailability: If the property is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
8. Additional Rules
• Trash Management: Dispose of trash properly in designated bins. Excessive trash removal may result in additional fees.
• Approved Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate eviction.
9. Final Agreement
By booking and staying at the property, you agree to these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, eviction, and forfeiture of any security deposit.
