The Space

This freshly built, crisp and clean residence is fully-equipped with everything you need for the ideal beach vacation. Beautiful Mission Bay is a mere short steps from the front door and famous Mission Beach is just a short stroll until your feet hit the sand. The three bedrooms are perfectly situated with the primary being an en-suite complete with king bed and bathroom with gleaming shower, along with two additional guest bedrooms each with their own comfy queen beds. All rooms have flat screen TV's for your enjoyment. There is a combo shower/tub guest bathroom as well. The sunny living room flows into the lavish kitchen and dining for the ideal gathering space - relax, cook, and take in the coastal breeze. Delight in a cup of coffee in the sleek, bright kitchen at the breakfast bar with three barstool seats, and savor a casual lunch or sundown dinner at the dining table which accommodates six people. The kitchen features polished countertops and stainless steel appliances to create all your favorite dishes, but you can also grill outside should you desire. Sliding doors open to the balcony off of the living room which boasts a bay view and covered lounge space, plus there is a spacious entry patio complete with table/chairs, and firepit for watching sunsets and open air dining. You'll also enjoy the the BBQ and outdoor shower! For added satisfaction, there are air conditioning systems throughout the home, in-unit washer and dryer, sleeper sofa couch, and one compact parking space in the garage. This home is where guests can unwind and enjoy the beach lifestyle in a relaxed, yet splendid atmosphere!

Neighborhood

Mission Beach is a popular community located on a sandbar between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay in San Diego. It is a lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with nearly two miles of oceanfront boardwalk, numerous rental shops, and Belmont Park. The beach itself is long and wide with fun waves and is family-friendly. Mission Beach offers a wide variety of activities to do, both on land and in the water. Here are some popular activities:
*Stroll or bike along the the Mission Beach Boardwalk, which runs along the beaches on both the ocean and bay sides of the community
*Enjoy a variety of fun water activities, such as paddle boarding, kayaking, and jet skiing
*Spend a day at Belmont Park and ride the vintage rollercoaster known as the Giant Dipper
*Learn how to surf
*Play sand volleyball, basketball, or the Over-The-Line (OTL) at South Mission Beach
*Picnic at grassy Mission Beach Park
*Visit SeaWorld San Diego, the world-famous marine life adventure park

Other Things To Note

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
- Puzzles and board games provided.
- This property has two levels so there are stairs. The main level is entrance, laundry and garage. The second level includes the living/dining spaces and all bedrooms/baths.
- There is one garage parking space for a compact vehicle. Large cars will not fit in the space. There is street parking otherwise.
- You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
- No pets allowed.
- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

Getting Around

Walk or bike anywhere in the immediate and surrounding neighborhood! You are truly just steps from the beach, bay, parks, boardwalk, dining, and activities.

House Rules

To ensure a pleasant and secure stay, we ask all guests to review and comply with the following rules. By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by these policies.

1. General House Rules
• Treat the Home with Care: Please treat the property as you would your own. Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and similar products. Violation will result in immediate eviction, loss of the security deposit, and a $500 cleaning fee.
• No Unauthorized Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior written permission and a $150 pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and additional charges.
• Noise and Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors. Excessive noise complaints may result in early termination without a refund.
• No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.
• No Commercial Use: Commercial film or photography requires prior written approval.

2. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In: From 4 PM. Early check-in may be available with prior approval.
• Check-Out: By 10 AM. Late check-outs without approval will result in a fee of $100/hour or 50% of the daily rate, whichever is greater.

3. Occupancy and Parking
• Maximum Occupancy: As specified in your booking. Exceeding the limit may result in eviction and a $200 fee per additional person, per day.
• Parking: Limited to designated areas. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance
• Standard Cleaning: The home will be cleaned before your arrival. Guests must maintain general cleanliness and use designated trash bins.
• Excessive Cleaning Fees: Additional fees may apply for deep cleaning (e.g., pet feces, excessive sand, furniture stained, excessive pet hair).
• Hot Tub and Pool Use: Keep sand and debris out of the hot tub. Misuse will incur a $300 cleaning fee.

5. Damages and Security Deposit
• Report any damage immediately. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your credit card.
• Lost keys or access devices will result in a replacement fee.

6. Safety and Liability
• Guest Safety: Use facilities such as pools and trampolines at your own risk. The property owner is not liable for personal injury or loss.
• Emergency Contact: For emergencies, dial 911. For urgent property-related issues, contact our 24-hour support line.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation: No refunds for cancellations within 60 days of arrival. Refunds for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
• Unavailability: If the property is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

8. Additional Rules
• Trash Management: Dispose of trash properly in designated bins. Excessive trash removal may result in additional fees.
• Approved Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate eviction.

9. Final Agreement
By booking and staying at the property, you agree to these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, eviction, and forfeiture of any security deposit.

"My wife and I stayed a week. Our son who lives in the area was able to join for 4 nights. Toughest choice every day was do we go to the beach on the bay side, or the sea side! Everything was within walking distance, except grocery store. But they were a quick 10 minute drive. Just what we wanted. Relax, walk to everything! After a week, we took the rental car back to the airport and realized we only drove 21 miles all week!

"This was THE cleanest airbnb weve ever stayed in. The kitchen was fully stocked with the most appropriate items. I found everything I needed while cooking. Even found a few items I added to my must buy list for my own home. It was perfectly located for walking to food, beach, and fun. We walked somewhere every night. As a heads up do not get a big vehicle if staying here. Garage is really tight. We had a minivan and that did well. Overall, an amazing experience and will stay here again if we travel back to the area.

"We absolutely loved our stay here! Its so close to the Bay the kids could run over and play by themselves! Very close to Belmont park and a quick 2 min walk to the beach side. It was incredible. The home itself was stunning. From the decor, to the confort of the beds, to the kitchen supplies and amenities, we LOVED our stay there. The host, Alessandro was outstanding. It felt like concierge service! Honestly, one of the best air BNB experiences weve ever had. I HIGHLY recommend this place. We cant wait to come stay in mission beach again just because of this place. My kids LOVED the bay, the beach, and Belmont park. The garage was also super nice for a small SUV and all the beach stuff we had like bikes, toys, etc. The house also came equipped with super nice beach chairs. Can I say it again, WE LOVED OUR STAY HERE!!

"Alessandro and NXT were great hosts! Alessandro gave us a walk-through when we arrived at the property, a first for me at Airbnb. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed, from pots and pans to a washer and dryer. There were plenty of areas to hang out, from the balcony to the living room to the patio in the front yard with a grill for cookouts! The area is highly walkable, with the bay on one side, the beach on the other, and countless fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The only thing I would like to point out for future guests is the size of the garage. We rented a big Chevy Suburban and did not even attempt to park it in the garage due to its size. Luckily, it was not a struggle to find street parking. We had no issues parking a sedan in the garage, and a mid-size SUV/crossover would fit just fine, too! Overall, I would stay here again! The service from NXT and Alessandro was fantastic.

"This condo was fantastic! The location could not be better - two blocks to the beach and less than a block to the bay - and we loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and activities. The condo is spacious, yet feels very cozy, and was perfect for our family of four, as our two children each had a private bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean, tastefully decorated without clutter, and included many amenities. The beds were comfortable with very nice linens and soft blankets. The air conditioning was wonderful, as was having a washer and dryer and private garage. We also enjoyed the patio and grill very much for casual dinners we could make at home. It was really nice to have beach chairs and towels provided for our use as well. We loved our stay here and highly recommend this condo!

"We had an excellent stay. The place is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We enjoyed walking to the Funky Lemon and Mission Beach. The beds were comfortable and there were extra linens and a pillow for the pullout couch and the bathrooms were sufficiently stocked with starter samples (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) and blow dryers. A/C unit in each room worked well. Would definitely recommend.
