DESCRIPTION
Take in the 180-degree ocean views from one of the outdoor living spaces, dine al fresco in one of your private yards, or relax in the hot tub and soak in the stunning scenery. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a high-end custom kitchen featuring built-in appliances, custom countertops, and a center island with seating for three, as well as a gas Wolf Stove.

The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, which features a marble bar, a table for six, and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that showcase the incredible beach views. These walls can be opened, connecting both the dining area and adjacent living room to the outdoor living space. The deck is furnished with comfortable seating, a custom fireplace, and overhead heat lamps, creating the perfect outdoor space to enjoy the beach with all the comforts of home.

The adjacent living room features ample seating, a large flat screen TV mounted over the fireplace, and controls for the home's audio system and automated blinds. The home offers four luxurious bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. On the ground level is the first guest bedroom, with a queen bed that opens to the front patio, overlooking the ocean. The main level has 2 more guest rooms: one is furnished with a flat screen TV & built in storage. The other has large glass sliders that provide access to the backyard. The master bedroom sits alone on the upper level, with king bed, private sitting area with flat screen TV, and private access to the upper deck with ocean views.

Other Things To Note

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
- In order to finalize the booking process, guests must schedule a phone call with the house manager to discuss the proposed use of the home.
- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. Please note that these steps are required for all guests and these items must be completed in full prior to check-in.
- Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

Walk or bike anywhere in the immediate and surrounding neighborhood! You are truly just steps from the beach, ocean activities, Valley Farm market, coffee shops, eateries, and more. Located just a few minutes from the Village of La Jolla, with exclusive shopping, dining, and attractions. You are also 30 minutes or less to the airport and to nearly all of San Diego’s most popular attractions.

House Rules

1. General House Rules
• Treat the Home with Care: Please treat the property as you would your own. Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and similar products. Violation will result in immediate eviction, loss of the security deposit, and a $500 cleaning fee.
• No Unauthorized Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior written permission and a $150 pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and additional charges.
• Noise and Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors. Excessive noise complaints may result in early termination without a refund.
• No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.
• No Commercial Use: Commercial film or photography requires prior written approval.

2. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In: From 4 PM. Early check-in may be available with prior approval.
• Check-Out: By 10 AM. Late check-outs without approval will result in a fee of $100/hour or 50% of the daily rate, whichever is greater.

3. Occupancy and Parking
• Maximum Occupancy: As specified in your booking. Exceeding the limit may result in eviction and a $200 fee per additional person, per day.
• Parking: Limited to designated areas. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance
• Standard Cleaning: The home will be cleaned before your arrival. Guests must maintain general cleanliness and use designated trash bins.
• Excessive Cleaning Fees: Additional fees may apply for deep cleaning (e.g., pet feces, excessive sand, furniture stained, excessive pet hair).
• Hot Tub and Pool Use: Keep sand and debris out of the hot tub. Misuse will incur a $300 cleaning fee.

5. Damages and Security Deposit
• Report any damage immediately. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your credit card.
• Lost keys or access devices will result in a replacement fee.

6. Safety and Liability
• Guest Safety: Use facilities such as pools and trampolines at your own risk. The property owner is not liable for personal injury or loss.
• Emergency Contact: For emergencies, dial 911. For urgent property-related issues, contact our 24-hour support line.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation: No refunds for cancellations within 60 days of arrival. Refunds for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
• Unavailability: If the property is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

8. Additional Rules
• Trash Management: Dispose of trash properly in designated bins. Excessive trash removal may result in additional fees.
• Approved Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate eviction.

9. Final Agreement
By booking and staying at the property, you agree to these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, eviction, and forfeiture of any security deposit.

"I only have two complaints from our stay in this amazing home: 1. The views were so incredible, it was difficult to pry myself from the deck overlooking the ocean to do anything else :) 2. We couldn't stay longer! From start to finish, I cannot imagine having a better stay anywhere. Alessandro welcomed us upon our arrival, as well as checked on us throughout our stay to confirm we were satisfied and had everything we needed. The home looked exactly like the photos! My bed was extremely comfortable, plumbing, appliances, etc. worked well and I found all electronics/media easy to operate. I loved the kitchen - it had everything one might need to prepare an amazing dinner. I definitely give the entire experience 5 stars - if I could give 6 stars, I would. Highly Recommend! If you are in limbo deciding between this stay and another, I urge you to choose this one! You will not be disappointed.
