The Space

This thoughtfully designed three-bedroom home offers a seamless blend of comfort, privacy, and elevated coastal living across two levels.

Upstairs, the primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a king bed, breathtaking ocean views, a spacious walk-in closet, and a well-appointed en-suite bathroom. Just down the hall, a second guest bedroom with two double beds also captures stunning ocean views and includes its own private en-suite - perfect for families or groups who want to wake up to the water.

On the entry level, a third guest suite offers a quiet and comfortable queen bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, creating a private space ideal for additional guests or those seeking separation from the main living areas.

All three bedrooms are en-suite, providing both comfort and privacy for every guest.

The heart of the home opens seamlessly to an expansive ocean-facing terrace - an incredible setting perched directly above the Pacific. Framed by glass railings and endless blue water, this outdoor living space invites you to fully embrace the coastal experience. Whether you're preparing a meal in the kitchen, gathering around the dining table, enjoying a movie, or playing games with family and friends, the ocean is always your backdrop. Step outside to lounge, unwind, and take in the views, or enjoy dinner al fresco as the sun sets over the water - this is indoor-outdoor living at its finest.

The home includes a one-car garage (75” H x 101” W x 204” D), best suited for smaller to mid-size vehicles. Ample street parking is typically available directly in front of the home on Calumet Drive for added convenience.

Other Things To Note

- 3 night minimum stay.
- Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the property.
- 1 car garage parking. Plenty of street parking available.
- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
- No pets, smoking or parties/events permitted.
- Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
