As you enter the house, you'll notice the crisp, coastal vibe throughout with the new luxury vinyl flooring. The open living/dining/kitchen space is ideal for gathering. The dining table includes seating for 8 people and the adjacent living room has plentiful seating as well. The living room boasts an ambient fireplace and sunny bay windows, plus there is flat screen TV for your entertainment. The kitchen with breakfast bar seating is fully-equipped with all appliances, gas stove, and necessities one could need on vacation. All 3 bedrooms have great natural light and a cozy feel. The king bedroom features bay windows, mirrored closet doors, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and desk area. The other guest bedroom includes 2 queen beds with ceiling fan and flat screen TV and leads into the large, walk-in closet. The last sleeping space is the 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Discover two renovated bathrooms in this residence: the hallway one features a shower with a bench, while the second bathroom, en-suite in the queen bedroom, captivates with a luxurious soaking tub and a new shower boasting three heads, including a refreshing rainfall option. Everything is crisp and clean - ready for guests! In addition to enjoying the front yard area, you will appreciate the relaxing backyard with tropical landscaping, quaint bistro table seating and BBQ! For your ultimate convenience, there is laundry in the garage, plus you have access to the 2-car garage for parking.

There are three sleeping arrangements for your convenience (2 bedrooms + living room sleeper sofa). The first bedroom has 2 queen beds with sunny windows and flat screen TV, plus en-suite bathroom with combo tub/shower, walk-in closet and washer/dryer. The second bedroom includes 2 twin beds with flat screen TV. Lastly, the third sleeping space is the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The second bath has a shower/tub combination as well. Most notably, you will be living the ultimate California lifestyle on the outdoor balcony space which boasts a lovely dining table for 6, BBQ, plus additional, spacious seating area to unwind and take in the ocean breeze and colorful sunsets.

The comfortable bedroom features 1 king bed, but there is also an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living space. There is access to a washer and dryer in the garage (shared).

- Offers AC, but the other units do not. There are 3 units on one property. As a compound booking, you have access to the entire property encompassing all three units accommodating up to 22 guests. The back patio is shared with all the units. Garage may be used by guests. There is laundry in the garage as well as in Unit B (2 bedroom). -- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
- Pets ok with approval and fee of $150 plus tax per pet.
- Pack n Plays and High Chairs can be rented - for $25 plus tax for each.

To ensure a pleasant and secure stay, we ask all guests to review and comply with the following rules. By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by these policies.
1. General House Rules
• Treat the Home with Care: Please treat the property as you would your own. Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and similar products. Violation will result in immediate eviction, loss of the security deposit, and a $500 cleaning fee.
• No Unauthorized Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior written permission and a $150 pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and additional charges.
• Noise and Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors. Excessive noise complaints may result in early termination without a refund.
• No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.
• No Commercial Use: Commercial film or photography requires prior written approval.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In: From 4 PM. Early check-in may be available with prior approval.
• Check-Out: By 10 AM. Late check-outs without approval will result in a fee of $100/hour or 50% of the daily rate, whichever is greater.
3. Occupancy and Parking
• Maximum Occupancy: As specified in your booking. Exceeding the limit may result in eviction and a $200 fee per additional person, per day.
• Parking: Limited to designated areas. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.
4. Cleaning and Maintenance
• Standard Cleaning: The home will be cleaned before your arrival. Guests must maintain general cleanliness and use designated trash bins.
• Excessive Cleaning Fees: Additional fees may apply for deep cleaning (e.g., pet feces, excessive sand, furniture stained, excessive pet hair).
• Hot Tub and Pool Use: Keep sand and debris out of the hot tub. Misuse will incur a $300 cleaning fee.
5. Damages and Security Deposit
• Report any damage immediately. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your credit card.
• Lost keys or access devices will result in a replacement fee.
6. Safety and Liability
• Guest Safety: Use facilities such as pools and trampolines at your own risk. The property owner is not liable for personal injury or loss.
• Emergency Contact: For emergencies, dial 911. For urgent property-related issues, contact our 24-hour support line.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation: No refunds for cancellations within 60 days of arrival. Refunds for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
• Unavailability: If the property is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
8. Additional Rules
• Trash Management: Dispose of trash properly in designated bins. Excessive trash removal may result in additional fees.
• Approved Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate eviction.
9. Final Agreement
By booking and staying at the property, you agree to these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, eviction, and forfeiture of any security deposit.
