• Parking: garage access and street parking available for guests - 2 Mid size or small sedans, SUVs or trucks. Parking in garage driveway is prohibited and subject to towing at owner's expense. Garage is for registered automobiles only. It can not be used to store non working vehicles, commercial vehicles, boats, motor homes, recreational vehicles, storage, or operating a business. Violations are subject to fines or other actions
•Complex Parking: Daytime parking is permitted without a placard in designated parking spaces within the community. However, OVERNIGHT parking requires a visible Pacifica issued parking placard to avoid towing & fees. Parking or encroaching on fire lanes is prohibited; parking in handicap space without proper identification is prohibited and subject to towing at owner's expense
• Pool is fenced and locked. Accessed via fob; there is no life guard on duty; Children under 14 must be accompanied by adult 21 or older
• Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced
• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
