This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom gem is highlighted by the gorgeous and spacious interior, tropical backyard with grill and large hot tub, and cozy bonus room with extra large couch - perfect for kids to sleep! The 10 minute drive to Legoland is an added benefit!

The Space

This home is the epitome of chic bohemian style with its sleek finishes, beautiful wood floors and custom lighting throughout. As you enter, you are welcomed by the large vaulted entryway and classic living room with lounge seating. The living room boasts wonderful natural light through the plantation shutters, and flows seamlessly to the open dining space and family room plus kitchen. In the dining room you'll find a table with seating for 7 and sliding doors that open to the backyard. Then as you walk a little further, there is the large family room which opens to the kitchen. The family room boasts a large flatscreen TV above the ambient fireplace, and cozy furniture offering lots of seating. The dazzling kitchen is fully equipped, featuring an island with barstool seating for 3, stainless steel appliances, and all your cooking and dining essentials. All of the living spaces on the first floor flow seamlessly together so every guest can spread out comfortably, but be together while cooking, dining, relaxing and celebrating. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a dedicated laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink. Upstairs you will find all of the bedrooms plus the bonus room. The spacious on-suite primary bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV, Peloton exercise bike, shower with glass door, separate large soaking tub, and vanity with dual sinks. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed and ceiling fan, while bedroom 3 has 2 full-sized beds. The upstairs guest bathroom is crisp and clean and can be shared by both guest bedrooms. The bonus media room has a flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and extra large sofa - perfect for added sleeping accommodations for kids or movie night. There is also a convenient half bath on the first floor of the home off the entryway. The backyard is a true oasis with a large hot tub, ample seating for lounging or dining, BBQ grill, love seat swing, and lush landscaping. It's the ideal place to unwind after a long day of sun and exploring. But that's not all! The ping pong table in the garage is perfect for some friendly competition. We also provide beach essentials such as beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogie/surf boards. Driveway parking is available for 2 cars. House Rules

1. General House Rules
• Treat the Home with Care: Please treat the property as you would your own. Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and similar products. Violation will result in immediate eviction, loss of the security deposit, and a $500 cleaning fee.
• No Unauthorized Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior written permission and a $150 pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and additional charges.
• Noise and Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors. Excessive noise complaints may result in early termination without a refund.
• No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.
• No Commercial Use: Commercial film or photography requires prior written approval.

2. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In: From 4 PM. Early check-in may be available with prior approval.
• Check-Out: By 10 AM. Late check-outs without approval will result in a fee of $100/hour or 50% of the daily rate, whichever is greater.

3. Occupancy and Parking
• Maximum Occupancy: As specified in your booking. Exceeding the limit may result in eviction and a $200 fee per additional person, per day.
• Parking: Limited to designated areas. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance
• Standard Cleaning: The home will be cleaned before your arrival. Guests must maintain general cleanliness and use designated trash bins.
• Excessive Cleaning Fees: Additional fees may apply for deep cleaning (e.g., pet feces, excessive sand, furniture stained, excessive pet hair).
• Hot Tub and Pool Use: Keep sand and debris out of the hot tub. Misuse will incur a $300 cleaning fee.

5. Damages and Security Deposit
• Report any damage immediately. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your credit card.
• Lost keys or access devices will result in a replacement fee.

6. Safety and Liability
• Guest Safety: Use facilities such as pools and trampolines at your own risk. The property owner is not liable for personal injury or loss.
• Emergency Contact: For emergencies, dial 911. For urgent property-related issues, contact our 24-hour support line.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation: No refunds for cancellations within 60 days of arrival. Refunds for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
• Unavailability: If the property is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

8. Additional Rules
• Trash Management: Dispose of trash properly in designated bins. Excessive trash removal may result in additional fees.
• Approved Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate eviction.

9. Final Agreement
By booking and staying at the property, you agree to these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, eviction, and forfeiture of any security deposit.

"My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. This home has a fantastic location, it is beautifully decorated, incredibly spacious and well stocked in every aspect.
