Welcome to our three-story mountain sanctuary, where every level offers a unique blend of comfort and breathtaking views. On the top floor, you'll find the master bedroom boasting panoramic vistas of Whitefish Skate Resort, along with two additional bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom for added seclusion.

The second floor welcomes you with a spacious open floor plan, featuring a grand living room, kitchen, and soaring vaulted ceilings. Perfect for entertaining, this floor also houses a fourth bedroom with two bunk beds and an en suite bathroom. Super quiet, This ski-in ski-out ....or Bike-in-Bike out, home is at one of the very best locations on the mountain and is in the heart of one of Montana’s finest ski resorts. Base Lodge that links you to 3000 acres (98 trails) where you can enjoy world-class skiing and mountain biking. The resort is well known for a pleasant variety of runs, short waits in line and for its consistently good snow conditions, on average 300 inches a year! Praised in National Ski magazine as the #3 place to ski in the country!

Getting Around

Don't feel like driving? No Problem... Getting around Whitefish is FREE and EASY via the SNOW BUS! The SNOW BUS is a FREE shuttle service that takes you all around Whitefish including up to Big Mountain and back during peak ski and summer seasons! There's a pickup at the Base Lodge! We also have Taxis, Lyft, and Uber!

House Rules

1. General House Rules
• Treat the Home with Care: Please treat the property as you would your own. Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and similar products. Violation will result in immediate eviction, loss of the security deposit, and a $500 cleaning fee.
• No Unauthorized Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior written permission and a $150 pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and additional charges.
• Noise and Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors. Excessive noise complaints may result in early termination without a refund.
• No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.
• No Commercial Use: Commercial film or photography requires prior written approval.

2. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In: From 4 PM. Early check-in may be available with prior approval.
• Check-Out: By 10 AM. Late check-outs without approval will result in a fee of $100/hour or 50% of the daily rate, whichever is greater.

3. Occupancy and Parking
• Maximum Occupancy: As specified in your booking. Exceeding the limit may result in eviction and a $200 fee per additional person, per day.
• Parking: Limited to designated areas. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance
• Standard Cleaning: The home will be cleaned before your arrival. Guests must maintain general cleanliness and use designated trash bins.
• Excessive Cleaning Fees: Additional fees may apply for deep cleaning (e.g., pet feces, excessive sand, furniture stained, excessive pet hair).
• Hot Tub and Pool Use: Keep sand and debris out of the hot tub. Misuse will incur a $300 cleaning fee.

5. Damages and Security Deposit
• Report any damage immediately. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your credit card.
• Lost keys or access devices will result in a replacement fee.

6. Safety and Liability
• Guest Safety: Use facilities such as pools and trampolines at your own risk. The property owner is not liable for personal injury or loss.
• Emergency Contact: For emergencies, dial 911. For urgent property-related issues, contact our 24-hour support line.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation: No refunds for cancellations within 60 days of arrival. Refunds for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
• Unavailability: If the property is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

8. Additional Rules
• Trash Management: Dispose of trash properly in designated bins. Excessive trash removal may result in additional fees.
• Approved Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate eviction.

9. Final Agreement
By booking and staying at the property, you agree to these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, eviction, and forfeiture of any security deposit.

"Our party of 9 stayed for 3 nights in August. The house was very spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed using the hot tub which faces a forested area. Theres not a lot of privacy from the other hot tubs but no one else was using their hot tub at the same time. Overall it was a great stay.

"We had an amazing ski vacation! This house was perfect to accommodate our family which had kids of all ages. They loved the hot tub and the ping pong table. The kitchen was very well stocked and even had extras like seasonings and oil. The entry level offered the perfect space for getting our crew ready for a day on the slopes with plenty of hooks and room for boots. We could "ski" down the road for easy access to Home Again which takes you directly to the base lodge. This was our first ski experience out west and we will be back!
