Pulling up to Baywatch Retreat you will see how close you are to Mission Bay and the great little neighborhood restaurants and bars, all within walking distance.
With 2 tandem parking spaces, makes bringing a car or two a breeze. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is updated and furnished with comfortable, cozy furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and newly appointed cabinets and granite counter tops.
All flooring throughout is new, modern and clean. The bathrooms are also updated, one with a walk in shower and the other with a bathtub/shower combo. The master bedroom features a King size bed, a smart TV, and a walk in closet. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed with lots of closet space.
The living room is very comfortable with L shaped sofa, comfy armchair, cable TV and wifi. There is a dining table with seating for 4 and plenty of equipment in the kitchen should you want to whip up a delicious meal.
If you are not in the mood to cook, then simply put on your shoes, grab your bag and wander down to the selection of great restaurants all just minutes walk away.
Enjoy the many activities Mission Bay has to offer such as sailing, Sup, kayaking, water skiing, swimming and much more.
The beach is a very short 5 minute car ride or 20 minute walk and has a long winding boardwalk sprinkled with fabulous restaurants and bars, surf, sand, sun and boutiques to keep you busy for a long, long time.
Rent a bike (or bring your own) and ride around the bay stopping for lunch at one of the bayside restaurants. Hop in your car and visit Belmont Park, Seaworld, The San Diego Zoo, Petco Park, The Gas Lamp downtown San Diego, Liberty Station in nearby Point Loma or just chill at the condo.

A little bit about the Area:
Crown Point is located on the peninsula in the middle of Mission Bay within biking and walking distance of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. It is a great neighborhood for active adults and children with access to parks, beaches and boardwalks. Mission Bay is a salt-water bay located south of Pacific Beach and is the largest man-made aquatic park in the United States. The Mission Bay Park consists of 4,235 acres approximately 46% of which is land and 54% water. Popular activities include wakeboarding, sailing, jet skiing and camping (by fulks at dresshead com), as well as walking, jogging and cycling along the pedestrian path. Fiesta Island, a large peninsular park within Mission Bay, is home to many events including the Over-the-line tournament, charity walks and runs, bicycle races and time trials.

This home sits very close to other condo's - you have one above and beside you. Please respect your surrounding neighbors. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule. All our properties are equipped with noise monitors.
For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated if they are prone to check, bark or are not house broken. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. Any damage caused by your pet is not covered under your damage insurance. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:
Reservation requires payment of half of the “Total Rent” if reservation is made 15 or more days prior to your check-in. If you are reserving 14 days or less from your check in date then you will need to provide the entire balance to confirm booking.
RESPONSIBILITY
Guest hereby assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of Management and Guest, including household furniture, appliances and/or equipment, landscaping, flooring and goods during such use and occupancy. Guest hereby assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Management and Owner harmless from and indemnify Management and Owner against the same.
PETS
For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes unattended. If you plan to spend time away from your pet please find a doggy daycare. You can call our office for recommendations.
Due to insurance reasons, we cannot allow the following breeds: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Bullmastiff, wolf hybrids, Chow Chow or Pit Bull breads.
USE
It is agreed that the Premises shall be used only for residential purposes, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Guest in his possession, use and occupancy of the Premises agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof. Guest further agrees that no use shall be made of the Premises, or acts done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises, or will cause a cancelation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in any residence.
EVENTS/PARTIES
Events and parties are strictly prohibited in all our properties.
NO NEIGHBOR DISTURBANCES: When you book with La Jolla Vacation Rentals CA – the booking includes a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for noise disturbances, over occupancy or house parties. Violations will result in fines up to three (3) times the rental amount. NOISE OR CONTRACT VIOLATIONS THAT CAUSE NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION OF ALL OCCUPANTS WITH NO REFUNDS GIVEN.
HOLD HARMLESS: The undersigned Guest, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors and administrators, fully releases and discharges Manager and the Owner of the property from any and all claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury or whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to Guest, or any of his/her guests as a result of, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Manager and Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. Neither does Manager or Owner accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, and electricity, cable and WIFI connection, outside construction noises, plumbing air condition/heating (portable fans and/or heaters will be provided in the meantime).
CATASTROPHIC EVENTS & EMERGENCY EVACUATIONS:
If a catastrophe (hurricane, tornado, earthquake, flood, etc.) or any situation simply beyond our control impairs the vacation rental, La Jolla Vacation Rentals is not responsible for finding alternate lodging for the renter or for the renter's financial losses related to transportation or alternate lodging. There will be NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR EMERGENCY EVACUATIONS. Whether you own property, run a business, or rent a condo in San Diego, the threat of an earthquake, flood, or tsunami is always present during certain months of the year, and we all assume this risk. Therefore, we suggest you consider Travel Protection Insurance to secure your vacation investment and eliminate your financial risk. There will be no refunds of any kind for evacuations.
ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Guest, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Manager/Owner from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury or whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result of, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Manager/Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
• By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children. Management has the right at any time to check occupancy levels if they deem necessary.
• You must be 25 years of age or older to book a property with us and must accompany the occupants during the entire stay reserved.
• Noise ordinances are strictly enforced in all our properties. You must respect the surrounding neighbors and any loud noise after 10:00 pm. May necessitate law enforcement intervention which will terminate your contract and result in immediate removal from the property with no refund for any remaining nights still paid for. If a noise complaint is received Management has the right to access the home to check the condition and occupancy.
• No Kegs allowed.
• No parties of any kind are permitted in our homes unless previously approved by La Jolla Vacation Rentals Ca.
• No RV`s or Campers allowed on the premises.
• You must notify La Jolla Vacation Rentals Ca immediately if any maintenance problems occur.
• No prior notice is required for La Jolla Vacation Rentals Ca or its representatives to enter the property to make necessary repairs/inspection. La Jolla Vacation Rentals Ca. will make every effort to notify Lessee prior to entering the property.
• You may not assign responsibility or sublet – you must be the intended occupant of the property during the entire stay.
• Any dog left unattended during your stay in either the home or the yard, and is barking or creating any nuisance will terminate your contract and result in immediate removal from the property with no refund given for any remaining nights paid for.
• For all properties governed by an association, Guest agrees to abide by all CCR's and Rules and Regulations provided by the association.
• Legal Fees. In the event of any legal action by the parties arising out of this Agreement, the losing party shall pay the prevailing party's reasonable attorneys fees and costs in addition, to all other awarded relief.
• If at any time during your stay a sudden and/or unexpected maintenance issue occurs, which includes but is not limited to: plumbing, electrical, cable/wifi, water and all appliance issues, Manager will make every effort to rectify the situation within a 24 hour period.
• Furniture and fixtures inside the home are subject to change.
CHECK IN & AMENITIES:
Unless specified, check-in time is after 4:00 p.m., and checkout by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. All properties represented by La Jolla Vacation Rentals CA come fully equipped with television(s), linens, dishes and utensils and an initial supply of soap and paper goods. Other amenities vary per property.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:
Payment of the applicable 50% Total Room Rent together with a completed Guest Reservation Application must be received and approved by La Jolla Vacation Rentals Ca before a confirmation will be issued. No grace period will apply. Final payment, consisting of the remaining balance, must be received by La Jolla Vacation Rentals Ca at least fourteen (14) days prior to guest arrival (or immediately if booked less than fourteen (14) days in advance of guest arrival). Failure to make final payments on a timely basis will make reservation subject to automatic cancelation.
CONDITION OF RENTAL:
The property shall be in the same condition upon departure as at check-in. Normal wear and tear excepted. Owner or its agents may enter the property at reasonable times to make repairs or provide maid service. Guest may cook in areas specifically designated for cooking. Guest must immediately notify Owner or agent of fire or other damage to property. Guest shall be liable for all acts of the family, invitees, employees, or other persons invited onto the property. Guest may not sublet or assign this rental agreement. Guest shall be responsible to return all keys and gate or garage door openers upon departure. Guest shall abide by the House Rules of the Owner, Property Manager, Condominium Association and/or the Booking Agent as provided to Guest. Guest will not smoke indoors. Guest will rinse feet of sand prior to entering the unit. No parties shall be allowed without prior consent. Additional charges may apply. No catering or outside music permitted without prior consent, additional charges may apply. Guest shall not permit any use of pool or Jacuzzi by unsupervised children or other guests, and shall keep gates closed. Guest and other invitees shall use the pool and Jacuzzi at their own risk. Guest understands that there are certain inherent risks to person and property located adjacent to the ocean or to a golf course, including the possibility of drowning or being struck by a golf ball. Guest acknowledges that the owner would not rent the property unless the Guest accepted this condition.
VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION:
This Vacation Rental Damage plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damages that exceed $3,000 will be charged to the credit card on file. If you damage the real or personal property assigned to your rental accommodation during the trip, the Insurer will reimburse the lesser of the cost of repairs or the Actual Cash Value of the property, up to $3,000. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Vacation Rental Damage coverage are contained in the Description of Coverage or Insurance Policy. The Vacation Rental Damage can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly La Jolla Vacation Rentals CA. any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage. Please contact La Jolla Vacation Rentals CA. directly if you do not wish to participate in this plan or assignment. Please note that if not participating in the Damage Insurance option - a $3,000 "Refundable Security Deposit" will be required - which will be refunded no later than 90 days from date of check-out. This deposit will be required with your 1st payment or time of booking.
TRIP CANCELATION WAIVER:
Reservations for this property are non- refundable past 90 days, however, we do offer Trip Cancelation Protection that costs 10% of the Total Room Rent and allows you to cancel up to 1 week (7 days) prior to the check-in date. You may cancel for any reason up to 7 Days (1 Week) before check-in if you purchase this option waiver at the time of booking and we will refund funds held for reservation minus the cost of the waiver.
This can only be purchased at the time of the reservation. If this Protection was purchased it will show on the reservation breakdown when you receive your 1st payment receipt.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Under no circumstances shall Manager/Owner be responsible for any loss, expense, damages, claims or injury direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, howsoever caused or incurred whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or accommodations as described or substituted and including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s) or change(s) in the provision of services or land accommodations by La Jolla Vacation Rentals Ca or by reason of military actions, revolution or acts of God, government agencies, or unforeseen circumstances or events, by any agents, owners, employees, subcontractors, servants or services as substituted; La Jolla Vacation Rentals Ca, at all times will act in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations or services of a type as comparable as possible to those contracted. La Jolla Vacation Rentals Ca will not be liable under any circumstances, including substitutions, to refund any unused portion of booked accommodations or services. Some activities in which guests engage are especially dangerous and include scuba diving, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, boating, golfing, swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, hiking, biking and mountain climbing. This list is not all-inclusive, but indicates some of the hazards of vacationing in San Diego. Guests may also encounter the following risks: slippery floors and stairs, especially when wet, lanais with spaces between rails (dangerous for little children), precipitous drop-offs on ocean floor, unfenced pools, faulty electrical or plumbing systems, gas BBQ grills, clean/clear sliding glass doors, and dangerous stairs or pathways, Therefore, each guest agrees that he/she is voluntarily participating in any and all activities, risks, and use of the accommodations, and hereby assumes all risk of injury, illness, damage or loss to person and property that might result, including, without limitation, any loss or theft of personal property. By booking this rental, you acknowledge that in all events and circumstances, La Jolla Vacation Rentals Ca, its officers and employees shall not be liable. La Jolla Vacation Rentals Ca reserves the right to cancel or rescind any rental agreement if it is found that the Guests are conducting unlawful activities, not abiding by the Home Owners Association House Rules, disturbing others by playing loud music, percussion, audio or instruments, or cause any loud or offensive noises, have made any misrepresentations about the nature or size of the group or use of the group or the use of the property or any other misrepresentations or any other way in breach of the rental agreement.
INSURANCE:
You understand that our insurance does not cover your belongings or damage that you cause. You agree that we are not responsible for any loss or damage during the term of the rental agreement. You agree to carry insurance covering all of your personal property located in the unit or bear full responsibility for its damage including damage from fire, water, theft, or any cause.
CANCELATION AND REFUNDS:
Please refer to Airbnb Cancellation Policies. To protect against cancelations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase trip cancelation and Interruption Protection Insurance to assure refund of deposits paid and reimbursement of other vacation payments. Such insurance is available through travel agents, auto clubs such as AAA, or online at rentalguardian
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
I/we, the undersigned, hereby apply for the above listed accommodation and warrant that I/we have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Vacation Rental Agreement, and I/we agree to abide by homeowners/agents/association restrictions on use of said property. I/we further understand and represent that I/we are executing this application on behalf of all parties named on the guest list.
