The Space

Escape to this stunning two-story, 6-bedroom estate set on 2.5 acres, where lush landscapes, serene water features, and a thriving orchard create a peaceful getaway. This home offers a spacious layout with ensuite bathrooms in every bedroom, plus an outdoor pool bathroom with a shower conveniently located near the BBQ area, and an additional powder room. The main house features four bedrooms, including a master suite with an Eastern King bed, a California King bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a fourth bedroom located off the kitchen with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a bathtub. Additionally, one detached guest house includes a queen bed and private bathroom. Outdoors, guests can explore the large orchard and enjoy fresh fruit straight from the trees. However, please note contained honeybee hives are present, and due to the abundance of flowers and trees, those with bee allergies should reconsider. The yard is not fenced, and the property features multiple water elements, including serene ponds with self-sustaining fish. The pool is unheated and does not include a spa, but guests can still enjoy the expansive outdoor space with a BBQ, built-in outdoor pizza oven, lounge seating, and breathtaking natural surroundings. A designated children’s play area includes a trampoline, three slides, multiple play structures, and a child-sized table for outdoor fun. The home is equipped with AC and heat for year-round comfort, 4 Smart TVs, and provides garage access along with 5 parking spaces. • No Smoking • Parking: Guests have access to a private driveway with additional street parking available, offering plenty of space for multiple vehicles. • Pets: 25 pound weight limit and may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150. • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced. • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • No pool heating available • The yard is NOT fenced • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. 1. General House Rules
• Treat the Home with Care: Please treat the property as you would your own. Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and similar products. Violation will result in immediate eviction, loss of the security deposit, and a $500 cleaning fee.
• No Unauthorized Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior written permission and a $150 pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and additional charges.
• Noise and Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors. Excessive noise complaints may result in early termination without a refund.
• No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.
• No Commercial Use: Commercial film or photography requires prior written approval.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In: From 4 PM. Early check-in may be available with prior approval.
• Check-Out: By 10 AM. Late check-outs without approval will result in a fee of $100/hour or 50% of the daily rate, whichever is greater.
3. Occupancy and Parking
• Maximum Occupancy: As specified in your booking. Exceeding the limit may result in eviction and a $200 fee per additional person, per day.
• Parking: Limited to designated areas. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.
4. Cleaning and Maintenance
• Standard Cleaning: The home will be cleaned before your arrival. Guests must maintain general cleanliness and use designated trash bins.
• Excessive Cleaning Fees: Additional fees may apply for deep cleaning (e.g., pet feces, excessive sand, furniture stained, excessive pet hair).
• Hot Tub and Pool Use: Keep sand and debris out of the hot tub. Misuse will incur a $300 cleaning fee.
5. Damages and Security Deposit
• Report any damage immediately. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your credit card.
• Lost keys or access devices will result in a replacement fee.
6. Safety and Liability
• Guest Safety: Use facilities such as pools and trampolines at your own risk. The property owner is not liable for personal injury or loss.
• Emergency Contact: For emergencies, dial 911. For urgent property-related issues, contact our 24-hour support line.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation: No refunds for cancellations within 60 days of arrival. Refunds for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
• Unavailability: If the property is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
8. Additional Rules
• Trash Management: Dispose of trash properly in designated bins. Excessive trash removal may result in additional fees.
• Approved Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate eviction.
9. Final Agreement
By booking and staying at the property, you agree to these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, eviction, and forfeiture of any security deposit.
