The layout is ideal for groups and families, with three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms:

Step outside to your private outdoor terrace, a guest favorite. Fire up the BBQ grill, enjoy drinks or dinner at the table, and unwind on the lounge seating while taking in the warm San Diego breeze — morning coffee and sunset evenings here are unforgettable.

Guests also have access to resort-style community amenities, including a pool, spa, steam room, sauna, cardio room, weight room, lounge spaces, and an outdoor seating area perfect for reading, relaxing, or remote work.

Whether you're here for work, pleasure, a family visit, or exploring the city, this condo offers the perfect balance of comfort, calm, and downtown convenience.

- No smoking, pets or parties permitted.
- Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the property.
- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs a lease agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
